The workout of the day is…

a/ 10-15 minutes on rope climb practice – 3 to 5 ascents each.

*Tights, long socks etc. Wear them if you can.

b/  For time;

30 x walking lunges

30 x thrusters

400m run

20 x walking lunges

20 x thrusters

400m run

10 x walking lunges

10 x thrusters

400m run
