sumo deadlift

b/ “Fight Gone Bad”

3 rounds; 1 minute stations

  • wall balls
  • sumo deadlift high pull
  • box jumps
  • push press
  • row/burpees

With the Gympie Show starting tomorrow try to leave home 5- 10 minutes early for the evening classes to make sure you arrive at class on time, sometimes the traffic can get backed up a bit at the lights. On the Friday morning I will be running one class for the day at 7am. For this class to run I will need a minimum of 8 people to come along so please PM to let me know if you will be coming 🙂 Saturday morning will run as usual.
