The workout of the day is…
a/ In teams of 3 complete as many tyre flips as possible in 6 minutes.
b/ Relay Race – Each team member must complete one lap with each item. Only one item and one team member runs at a time.

c/ Same teams – complete as many sledgehammer strikes as you can in 6 minutes. Swap as often as needed.
7am session ONLY! Then you can hit the show up afterwards. 8:30am session as normal on Saturday, followed by the weightlifting in the afternoon at 3. Come check it out! 😀
