The workout of the day is…

a/ 2 x 150m sled push

b/ 2 x 150m sled pull

c/ 8 minute AMRAP

8 x goblet squats

8 x v-ups

8 x overhead lunge


Cheers to the crew who came along to the Friday morning sesh, it was a fun workout! Saturday is 8:30am, followed by STWC weightlifting meet. Spectators welcome to come down and watch. First session of lifters start at 3pm 🙂
