20 x frog jumps

20 x squat to pass w/ med ball

20 x sit-ups w/med ball

b/ 12 minute AMRAP

20 x partner get-ups

20 x ball slam to partner

20 x partner jump overs

*rest 3 minutes between each AMRAP
