The workout of the day is…

a/ 3-3-3-3

back squat

b/ 3-3-3-3

pull ups

c/  10 minute AMRAP

10 x d’bell snatch

8 x d’bell lunge

6 x toes to bar/knee raises


With the change in the weather I know that some of you have come down with various colds and flus. Please make sure if you are sick that you take a couple of days off training to rest and recover, and also to make sure that you don’t spread it around the gym. A couple off now will mean you don’t have to take a couple of weeks off later! 😀
