For time;

20 x box jumps

50 x overhead lunge

20 x box jumps

1km run

Today was Brita’s last session here before she heads home to Norway tomorrow! It has been amazing to have her as part of our community over the last 12 months. We would like to wish her the very best of luck in her final year of schooling at home, and hopefully we will see her again soon! ❤ ❤ ❤
