For time:
100 x walking lunge
50 x knees to elbows
100 x push press
50 x back extensions
100 x wallballs
50 x burpees
100 x double unders (200 x single skips)


8:30am class on Saturdays. Heaps of fun with a friend. If you haven’t tried one before this is a perfect time to start 😀
