b/ 3 rounds;

5 minute AMRAP

5 x bumper ground-to-overhead

3 x burpees

*Rest 1 minute between rounds.


Great week so far, crew! I still need a few more orders for our Relay For Life fundraising shirts to meet the minimum order. $20 per shirt with $5 going to our fundraising efforts.
