Shout out to Carley who hit a massive 92 burpees in todays workout! This was an improvement of 15 burpees on the same workout 12 months ago. Showing that consistency and hard work pays off 😀 Rod also hit the 92 mark, with Matt following closely by with 91. Everyone did a fantastic job today, you should be proud of yourselves 🙂
