sumo deadlift

[b] 4 x 1 minute max reps double unders

[c]  3 rounds;

25 x kettlebell hang high pulls

50 x sledgehammer strikes

Dudes, there will be no classes on Monday for the public holiday. Get outside with your fam and do something fun! Head to the beach, climb a mountain or go play at the park 🙂 Saturday session will run as normal tho to kick the weekend off!
