The workout of the day is…

[a] 6-6-6-6

overhead lunges

[b] 4 x 5 dips

[c] Every minute for 10 minutes;

3 x back squats

  • odd minutes – do max reps of overhead sit-ups
  • even minutes – do max reps of jumping lunges


Woo hoo! Friday! 😀 Get in and smash out this session because there will be no class on Saturday morning.
