I love this photo of Luke! It just shows how great his attitude is every time he is in the gym. He is always happy to try new things, follows instruction, makes friends and puts in 100% effort. You don’t have to be the fittest or the strongest to be great at CrossFit, you just have to be willing to work hard and have a good attitude 😀
