The workout of the day is…

[a] 3-3-3-3

deadlift

[b] 4 x 5 handstand push ups on box

[c] 4 minute AMRAP

6 x deadlift

2 x 2 point shuttle run

*Rest 1 minute and repeat. Aim to match or get more rounds than the first AMRAP.
