The workout of the day is…

20 minute AMRAP

1 x bear crawl

1 x bumper ground to overhead

1 x burpee

2 x bear crawl

2 x bumper ground to overhead

2 x burpees

…..add one rep each round

A long one to break up the heavy sessions we’ve had so far this week. We are seeing great numbers out of those who commit to their training. This isn’t just showing up for classes, but working on their flexibility, sleep and nutrition, as well as putting in 100% when they are in the gym. Well done, crew. Keep up the hard work 😀 😀 😀
