25 minute AMRAP (in teams)

150m sled push

60 x kettlebell swings

40 x barbell lunge

20 x pull-ups


Wicked weekend! Get into it before Relay for Life! We will be down at the One Mile ovals for Relay for Life from 3pm tomorrow doing laps until 9am the following morning. Come down and hang out with us at any stage through the afternoon/night/morning. Maybe we can sponsor someone for a bear crawl lap? 😛
