The workout of the day is..

On a running clock:

In 4 minutes:

  • Run 400m
  • Use remaining time complete as many toes-to-bar or knee raises as possible

-2  minutes rest-

In 4 minutes:

  • Run 400m
  • Use remaining time complete as many kettlebell swings as possible

-2  minutes rest-

In 4 minutes:

  • Run 400m
  • Use remaining time complete as many sledgehammer strikes as possible

-2  minutes rest-

In 4 minutes:

  • Run 400m
  • Use remaining time complete as many kettlebell hang high pulls as possible

-2  minutes rest-

In 4 minutes:

  • Run 400m
  • Use remaining time complete as many ball slams as possible
