The workout of the day is…

[a] 3-3-3-3

muscle snatch + overhead squat

[b] 12 minute AMRAP w/ partner

5 x knee raises

3 x power cleans

1 x burpee over the bar

-alternate rounds with your partner-


Don’t forget, there is no class at 9:30am tomorrow! 🙂 Make it in to one of the other sessions for this great  workout 😀
