[a] 5 sets of turkish get ups at your heaviest weight

[b] 4 x 10 side slams

[c] 3 rounds;

50 x sledgehammer strikes

20 x k’bell strict press

10 x weighted sit-ups

We had an awesome morning with some of the seniors from CCC for a CrossFit/weightlifting session! Not only did they destroy todays workout, but they listened well, learned lots and had heaps of fun. Hopefully we will see some of these faces in the gym regularly.
