22 x kettlebell swings

22 x box jumps

400m run

22 x burpees

22 x wall balls

-35 minute cut off-



Make sure you bring a towel, hat and a nice big bottle of water. Yes, it’s going to be tough, but it is supposed to be! Take the challenge, you will be better for it.
