The workout of the day is…

[a] power clean technique

[b] 3 sets, each for time, of:

3 rounds

3 x power cleans

6 x front squats

9 x ring rows

-then run 300m-



Dudes, I have just booked the Christmas party for Saturday the 10th of December at 3pm!

For those of you who weren’t here last Christmas it is at Gympie Bowls Club on Southside. It’s $5 per person to play barefoot bowls and kids and partners are welcome. Everyone brings a plate of yummy food too share, and the bar is open for some drinks
