The workout of the day is…
[a] hollow/arch holds – floor + bar
[b] 2 minutes max reps of strict pull-ups OR assisted pull ups
+ 2 minutes max reps of kipping pull-ups OR jumping chest-to-bar pull ups
[c] Death by Burpees!!!
-Complete one burpee on the start of the first minute, two burpees on the second minute, three burpees on the third minute, and so on until you can no longer complete burpees for the given number of reps 😀 😀 😀
