[a] 5-5-5-5-5

back squat

[b] 5 minute AMRAP

20 x double unders

10 x goblet squats

5 x burpees

-rest 2 minutes-

[c] 3 rounds;

20 x air squat

10 x v-ups

5 x inchworm push ups


The rest of the day saw even more PB’s with faster times at heavier weights! Well done to everyone who did this workout for the first time and set their own benchmark 😀
