If anyone is interested in spending some time focusing on weightlifting in the new year, have a read of this and then come have a chat to Cam. We had 4 new CrossFitters lifting on the weekend, along with the 3 others who have been lifting for most of this year. All of them have been progressing with their weightlifting movements really well by spending extra time on it 😀
