The workout of the day is…

[a] 20 x turkish get-ups

[b] 10 minute ladder

2 x kettlebell swings

2 x double unders

4 x kettlebell swings

4 x double unders

6 x kettlebell swings

6 x double unders

…..keep adding 2 reps per round 🙂

Fantastic effort but in by everyone who came along to today’s workout. 2 days left to train before Christmas – get amongst it! 😀
