3 x pull-ups/ring row
4 x sit-ups
5 x bumper ground-to-overhead
6 x SA d’bell push press
7 x air squats
8 x SA d’bell snatch
9 x knee raises
10 x mountain climbers
11 x overhead lunges
12 x burpees
