The workout of the day is…

[a] 3-3-3-3-3

back squats

[b] 15 minute AMRAP w/ partner & sandbag

30 x deadlifts

20 x front squat

10 x push press

150m carry


I hope that everyone has had a great couple of days off! All CrossFit classes will be running as normal for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  STWC will not have an early morning session but all other training times will run as usual. I can’t wait to hear about all of your Christmases! 😀

P.S – Well done to everyone who smashed that ’12 Days of Christmas’ WOD! You all killed it!!! 😀
