The workout of the day is…

[a] 3-3-3-3

strict press

[b] 5-5-5-5 (each)

single leg deadlifts

[c] 10 minutes – with a partner.

Partner #1 – runs 150m

Partner #2 – does max tyre flips

Swap after each run. Score number of laps + number of tyre flips
