This Saturdays CrossFit class will run as normal with an 8:30am start.
There will be no class next weekend on Saturday the 21st.
After that, based on your feedback, I will be trialing the Saturday session to start at 7:30am to avoid a little more of that mid-morning heat. If this runs well then it will at least continue throughout the warmer months but may change back to 8:30am during the cooler months. This will be assessed closer to that time. If you have any questions about this timetable change, please feel free to have a chat to me in the gym.
Please note that the weightlifting club hours will remain the same – 8am to 10:30am.
