In teams…

[a] 7 minutes – as many reps of thrusters as possible

[b] 7 minutes – as many reps of front rack lunges as possible

[c] 7 minutes – as many reps of  d’bell hang cleans as possible

[d] 7 minutes – as many reps of burpees as possible
