overhead squat

[b] 5-5-5-5

rope pull-ups

[c] 3 x 3 minutes – 20 x wall balls

*1st round use remaining time to find max reps of double unders

*2nd round use remaining time to find max reps of sledgehammer strikes

*3rd round use remaining time to find max reps of mountain climbers
