The workout of the day is…

[a] 10 minute AMRAP

10 x pass throughs

10 x push press

[b] 10 minute AMRAP

10 x tyre flips

10 x kettlebell swings

[c] tabata heel taps + crunches


Due to low attendance in previous years there will be no class on Australia Day, however all other classes this week are still on! This will be our first 7:30am sesh on Saturday too 😀
