The workout of the day is…

25 minute AMRAP in teams

150m sled push

100 x sledgehammer strikes

75 x sandbag thrusters

50 x box jumps


DUDES! First 7:30am class for the Saturdays 😀 Come get amongst it and do a fun team workout!

Also, tomorrow afternoon will be the first round of the JME Club Comp for STWC. Come down and check out the lifting from 2pm 😀 Everyone is welcome to come and watch!
