20 x d’bell lunges

The 7:30am class on Saturday was a hit! Great energy with an fun group of people! Same time next week, follow by the pelvic floor workshop at 9am. I would like to see all CFG and STWC ladies in attendance of the workshop. Bring cash and book your spot this week!
