IN PAIRS;

6 minute AMRAP

2 x 20m farmers carry

8 x wall balls

16 x plate floor press

REST 2 MINUTES

6 minute AMRAP

2 x 20m farmers carry

8 x burpees

16 x overhead plate lunge

REST 2 MINUTES AND REPEAT

TOMORROW: CLASS IS AT 7:30!! Be there or be square.

Afterwards, pelvic floor workshop from 9-10. If you are hanging around after class to do the workshop, maybe bring a snack to have in between. If you haven’t paid yet make sure you bring your cash along too.
