The workout of the day is…

In teams of 4;

[a] 7 minute AMRAP

30 x sledgehammer strikes

30 x d’bell snatches

[b] 7 minute AMRAP

30 x ball slams

30 x knee raises

[c]  120 x wall balls for time.

~Partner 1 and 2 do first AMRAP A, Partners 3 and 4 do the second AMRAP B then switch, then complete part C together!~


Get in for this fun sesh at 7:30 😀 Doors open at 7:15 so come in early to roll out and stretch before we hook into it!
