The workout of the day is…

[a] 8-8-8-8

back squat

[b] 4 x 10 bicep curl to shoulder press

[c] 3 rounds;

25 x wall balls

25 x kettlebell swings


We have lots of fun stuff going on this week! Friday at 6pm we will kick off the CrossFit Open, so get your registrations done. Amie from Target Nutrition will also be here that day. There are limited places left so if you would like a consult with her let me know 🙂
