The workout of the day is…

In 3 minutes do 15 x burpees – in the remaining time do as many deadlifts as possible

Rest 2 minutes

In 3 minutes do 15 x burpees – in the remaining time do as many hang power cleans as possible

Rest 2 minutes

In 3 minutes do 15 x burpees – in the remaining time do as many front squats as possible

Rest 2 minutes

In 3 minutes do 15 x burpees – in the remaining time do as many push press as possible
