5 rounds w/ partner;

  • 1 minute max reps air squats
  • 1 minute max reps kettlebell swings
  • 1 minute max reps push press
  • 1 minute max reps knee raises

Congrats to those who smashed the first CF Open workout of 2017… A tough workout, but a fun night. With a couple of people away this weekend next week should be even better! 😀
