The workout of the day is…

In pairs…

[a] 10 minute AMRAP

10 x wall balls

20 x plate ground-to-overhead

[b] 10 minute AMRAP

10 x ball slams

20 x mountain climbers

We will be holding a small weightlifting meet at the gym on Saturday afternoon. Lifting will start at 3pm. If you are interested in starting some weightlifting with Cam I would recommend coming down to check it out, or even if you just want to see what it is all about and see some of us lift 🙂
