WOD Thur 30.03.17

The workout of the day is…

[a] 6 rounds; 20 sec work/10 rest off knees-to-elbows or knee raises

[b] 3 x max hold at top of pull-up

[c] 5 minute AMRAP

5 x double unders

5 x ball slams

-rest 2 minutes and repeat
