[a] power clean technique – find a weight appropriate for part b.

[b] On a running clock – 5 rounds;

8 x power cleans

8 x burpees

@ 10 minutes – 4 rounds;

6 x power cleans

6 x burpees

@ 18 minutes – 3 rounds;

4 x power cleans

4 x burpees

We had a great weekend down at the QLD Weightlifting State Championships this weekend!
