The workout of the day is..

20 minute AMRAP (w/ partner)

6 x toes to bar or knee raises

6 x hang power cleans

6 x goblet lunges

-alternate movements with your parter

-every 5 min run 150m together


7:30am session tomorrow! Get in and smash it out. Monday classes are as normal, and Tuesday there will be just one session at 7:30am 🙂
