30 x double unders (scale -15 doubles or 50 singles, upscale – 50 doubles)
We had a big weekend of weightlifting for the weekend just gone! Three of our youth lifters lifted the at QLD Youth and U15 State Championships. It was heaps of fun and they all learnt a lot about the sport, with Tilly even coming away with a bronze medal! The girls will now start working towards the U15 National Championships in July. Well done Jorja, Ella and Tilly – keep training hard! 😀
