The workout of the day is…

[a] Do one of the following pull-up progressions:

5 x 5 weighted

5 x 3 negatives

5 x 10 assisted

[b] 15 minute AMRAP

400m run

10 x kipping or jumping pull-ups

10 x deadlifts
