4 rounds – 45 seconds work – 15 seconds rest

  • burpees
  • k’bell swings
  • ball slams
  • lunges
  • v-ups


Dudes, get in a session tomorrow morning. 5:30am and 9:30am classes only – there will be no evening classes. Having some afternoon peeps at the early classes will be fun so get amongst it and train with people you don’t normally see! 😀
