power snatch

[b] death by back squats!

>first minute = 1 x squat

>second minute = 2 x squat

>third minute = 3 x squat

>>keep adding 1 rep per minute until you can’t

>>when you can’t keep going do max reps of sledgehammer strikes

>>12 minute cut off
