5 minute AMRAP w/ partner

6 x lunges

6 x ball slams

6 x kettlebell swings

-alternate movements with your partner-

Hey guys, I forgot to mention earlier in the week that we have a weightlifting meet on in the gym tomorrow arv! Lift off is at 3pm so if you’d like to pop down and watch a few of us lift then that would be really cool! Everyone is invited 😀
