[a] 5 x 5 dips + max L-sit

[b] 5 rounds;

150m run

15 x american kettlebell swings

15 x push ups


Fantastic effort on today’s clean and jerks! If you would like to spend more time focusing on these then you should consider adding a day of weightlifting to your CF training. It is loads of fun, interesting to learn and can give you some goals to work towards if you are feeling a bit lost in your training – chat to me at your next class about it 😀
