The workout of the day is…

[a] handstand fun times

[b] 4 minute AMRAP

4 x deadlift

4 x burpees

rest 2 minutes and repeat twice.


It’s actually Thursday! If you are short on workouts for the week make sure you get this one in 😀 All Thursday workouts are as normal, but Friday will be AM ONLY.
